My God Is The Best!

When all around
Looks dark and bleak
And troubles come
And it's hard to speak.

When night seems long
And daylight far away
And the darkness still lingers
Long before the day.

When my eyes see all this
And my heart is in fear.
When my soul is in anguish
And I can't see you near.

It's then that I must cry out
To see Your Holy Face.
It's then that I must turn to You
Right there in that place.

Give sight to my heart
To see Your Face
To see Your great goodness
And Your mercy and grace.

You are good at all times
May my heart always confess.
No matter what my eyes see,
My God is the Best!
